The hygiene supplies are available discreetly to any student in need, helping them feel secure and cared for. The reward items have been a huge motivation, especially during goal-setting activities and behavior tracking. Most recently, students participated in a \"Goal Getter\" challenge where they tracked their personal academic or behavior goals—and the reward system gave them something to work toward with excitement and pride.\r\n\r\nThanks to you, we are creating a nurturing and encouraging environment where students feel supported academically and personally. One student whispered, \"I feel important,\" and that simple moment captured exactly what this project is about: helping our young leaders see their value and potential. From the moment they received their items, they stood a little taller and spoke with more confidence, ready to take on their leadership roles in our school.\r\n\r\nWe've already hosted our first meetings, where students collaborated on school improvement ideas, role-played leadership scenarios, and practiced public speaking. One highlight was our Induction Ceremony, where members pledged to lead with integrity, kindness, and responsibility. Parents, staff, and peers applauded their commitment. Moving forward, our Tiger Trailblazers are preparing to lead service projects, support school events, and mentor younger students.
