Since taking over the ACT and SAT testing, and now with your help, I have been able to get students testing and studying at a higher rate than previous years. As of today, we have had several students achieve scores that will allow them to bypass the ELA and Algebra 1 requirements to obtain their diplomas. That's three more students with diplomas ready to go at the end of the year than there were before. Of course, they'll still have to put in the effort to pass their classes, but for a lot of our students at Workforce, the hold up for them graduating with a diploma over the certificate of completion is the required tests.\r\n\r\nMany of these students don't have the financial means to purchase study materials for the ACT or SAT, and as you may know, free resources can only take you so far. To be able to have official ACT study materials and offer them to my students is an incredible feeling.
