One of my favorite moments was seeing a student who usually struggles with focus become completely engaged during a math assessment. With the partition minimizing distractions, the paraprofessional was able to work one-on-one with him, and he was able to show his growth on his end of year assessments.\r\n\r\nThe students were excited and confused when the materials arrived! They were curious about the partition and loved the idea of having \"their own space\" to work in. My older students can get overwhelmed by the younger ones so they thought is was cool to have an independent area. \r\n\r\nOur next steps are to continue using the partitioned zones for targeted instruction. Paraprofessionals are now able to pull students aside for focused lessons in reading, writing, and math without as much noise and interruptions. The organized bins mean materials are always ready to go, so learning time isn't lost searching for supplies. These changes will help students build stronger focus, increase independence, and make the most of their small group sessions—moving us closer to our goal of improving engagement and academic outcomes.","fullyFundedDate":1746446044583,"projectUrl":"project/streamline-success-organizing-for-optim/9282918/","projectTitle":"Streamline Success: Organizing for Optimal Learning!","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Sydney","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp9972917_orig.png?crop=324,324,x0,y5&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1742493778409","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9972917"},{"teacherId":9972917,"projectId":9192772,"letterContent":"Many of my students come to my room as a safe place to engage in learning and play.
