The parchment paper, for example, is an easy way to make sure the food does not stick to the pan, and the cutting boards allow my students to learn safe knife skills.\r\n\r\nThe supplies purchased were received with much enthusiasm by the students who have not been able to use such quality equipment at their homes. The parchment paper has taught my students a better way to remove baked goods from pans without leaving crumbs behind.\r\n\r\nTo my donors, I am not sure if you know how much your contribution has made things better for me so that I do not have to try to figure out how to get the funds to acquire everything.
