Because of your kindness, our students were able to bring their vision of leadership, service, and gratitude to life in meaningful and memorable ways. With your help, we successfully wrapped up the school year with a series of projects that made a lasting impression on both our school community and our Beta Club members.\r\n\r\nIn April, 20 dedicated students gave up their Saturday morning to participate in our Cluster Cleanup, picking up trash and beautifying the grounds of the elementary, middle, and high school campuses. Later in the month, students expressed their appreciation for teachers and front office staff by crafting heartfelt handwritten notes and sharing small tokens of gratitude—simple gestures that were deeply appreciated. To close out the year, our Hospitality Committee took the lead in organizing a festive end-of-year celebration in the form of a game night, giving students a well-deserved opportunity to relax and connect before final exams. \r\n\r\nYour support made it possible for our students to serve others, grow as leaders, and end the year with pride.","fullyFundedDate":1743516504938,"projectUrl":"project/supporting-beta-clubs-year-end-service/9197129/","projectTitle":"Supporting Beta Club’s Year-End Service & Celebration Projects","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Herrington","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp6541946_orig.jpg?crop=1:1,smart&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1663412612061","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/gayle-herrington"},{"teacherId":6541946,"projectId":9295226,"letterContent":"I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude for your generous contribution to the \"Final Countdown: Stocking Up for Success in Algebra 2\" project. Thanks to your support, all students were able to replenish our most used learning tools. Your donation ensured that they could continue to learn and thrive during the critical final months before exams.\r\nYour contribution enabled students to continue organizing their math notebooks, creating personalized study aids, and developing color-coded graphic organizers to connect big ideas across the curriculum. During the final stretch of the semester, we used interactive materials like flashcards and small coordinate planes for targeted review. These tools, alongside laminated station materials, encouraged students to work collaboratively, paying close attention to detail when they encountered incorrect answers, and required them to explain their thinking to their peers. This process built not only their content knowledge but also their communication and problem-solving skills.\r\nWith your help, every student was fully equipped to review confidently and show growth on their final exam.
