This event brings together visual art, band, theater, dance, and other areas of the arts, giving students the opportunity to share their creativity and accomplishments with their families, school, and community.\r\n\r\nHaving proper display tables will allow us to present student artwork, projects, programs, materials, and other Fine Arts displays in an organized and attractive way. The tablecloths will help transform an ordinary school space into something that feels like a true arts showcase and celebration.\r\n\r\nMost importantly, these materials help communicate to our students that their creative work is important and worthy of being displayed with pride. Fine Arts Night gives students a chance to see how all of the arts work together, celebrate one another's talents, and experience the confidence that comes from having their hard work recognized by others. Because these tables and tablecloths can be reused year after year, this donation will continue benefiting many future groups of Fine Arts students as well.","fullyFundedDate":1787585522854,"projectUrl":"project/a-grand-stage-and-professional-displays/10264489/","projectTitle":"A Grand Stage and Professional Displays for Rural Talent","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Fay","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp10462136_orig.jpg?crop=1:1,smart&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1777408708371","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10462136"},{"teacherId":10462136,"projectId":10298258,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for supporting my band students by providing neck straps for their instruments. Your generosity has made a meaningful difference in our classroom and in the daily experience of the students who use them.\r\n\r\nFor young musicians, having the right equipment is incredibly important. A properly fitting neck strap helps students hold their instruments more comfortably and securely, which allows them to focus on learning rather than struggling with the weight or position of their instrument. It also helps us reinforce good posture and playing habits from the very beginning.\r\n\r\nBecause of your support, my students now have access to dependable neck straps that can stay with our school instruments and be available whenever they are needed. Students do not have to worry about whether they can purchase one themselves or whether we have enough equipment to go around. They can simply pick up their instruments, get ready to play, and participate alongside their classmates.\r\n\r\nOne of the things I love most about teaching band is watching students grow in confidence as musicians. Small pieces of equipment may not always seem exciting, but they can have a tremendous impact. When students are comfortable, properly equipped, and feel prepared, they are much more willing to participate, practice, and take pride in what they are accomplishing.\r\n\r\nThank you for helping remove one more barrier for my students and for investing in their musical education. Every time one of these neck straps helps a student comfortably pick up an instrument and make music, your generosity is part of that moment.","fullyFundedDate":1780342373047,"projectUrl":"project/ergonomic-straps-for-our-pep-community/10298258/","projectTitle":"Ergonomic Straps for Our Pep & Community Service Bands","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Fay","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp10462136_orig.jpg?crop=1:1,smart&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1777408708371","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10462136"},{"teacherId":10462136,"projectId":10206063,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for supporting my band students by providing the reeds we desperately needed for our spring concert.\r\n\r\nAt the time of this project, we had run out of reeds and simply did not have the funds available to purchase enough more for our students. For clarinet and saxophone players, a reed is not optional—it is what allows the instrument to produce a sound. Without them, some of my students would not have been able to fully rehearse or perform with their classmates.\r\n\r\nBecause of your generosity, we were able to provide students with the reeds they needed to continue practicing, prepare for our concert, and take the stage with the rest of the band. Instead of worrying about supplies, we were able to focus on making music and preparing a performance our students could be proud of.\r\n\r\nYour support meant that students were not left out simply because our classroom budget had been exhausted. Every student deserved the opportunity to participate in the spring concert, and you helped make that possible.\r\n\r\nThere is something incredibly special about watching students perform after weeks of hard work. The confidence, excitement, and pride they feel when they finish a concert is one of the best parts of teaching band. Thanks to you, our reed players were able to be part of that experience.\r\n\r\nThank you for stepping in when we truly needed help and for making sure my students had the supplies necessary to succeed. Your generosity did much more than provide reeds—you helped make music, participation, and a successful spring concert possible for our students.","fullyFundedDate":1777247539108,"projectUrl":"project/keeping-the-music-alive-reeds-for-our-s/10206063/","projectTitle":"Keeping the Music Alive: Reeds for Our Spring Finale!","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Fay","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp10462136_orig.jpg?crop=1:1,smart&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1777408708371","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10462136"},{"teacherId":9558865,"projectId":10202277,"letterContent":"Thanks to this project, our theatre students now have access to professional tools that directly support both stage production and technical theatre education. Instead of only discussing stage makeup and hair design, students can now actively apply skills such as character styling, wig preparation, makeup application, and hairstyling for performance. These hands-on experiences build creativity, confidence, collaboration, and career-ready technical theatre skills. The kids were so excited to open the boxes and see the drums. After our Spring Concert we started learning Pep Tunes with my beginners to just have fun playing and to get a little bit of a jump start for next year's Pep Band. The kids loved the way the drums sounded and the percussionists playing the drums have been over the moon getting to do so. The nice thing about these drums in particular is that they are junior sized in order to accomadate middle school students, so they are not heavy like full sized drumline. That has also made a huge difference as well. I borrowed two from the high school to try out this year and they were way too heavy for my students to carry around. This has been so perfect. I am excited to see how much better our band sounds at Football and Basketball games, at Christmas Parades, and caroling at Nursing Homes.","fullyFundedDate":1776222128192,"projectUrl":"project/from-parades-to-service-projects-help-o/10148559/","projectTitle":"From Parades to Service Projects: Help Our Rural Band","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Fay","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp10462136_orig.jpg?crop=1:1,smart&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1777408708371","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10462136"},{"teacherId":9558865,"projectId":9871097,"letterContent":"With great pride, I get to tell you that our Christmas play was a huge success!
