It turned into more than a classroom upgrade—it became a hands-on lesson in professionalism, responsibility, and pride in your workspace.\r\n\r\nThe moment they saw everything come together was honestly special. You could hear it—\"Miss, it looks like a real salon!\" That excitement turned into motivation. Students who would usually rush through cleanup started taking their time. They're wiping down stations, paying attention to details, and holding themselves to a higher standard. The LED lighting even helped them see their work more clearly during services, which boosted their confidence. It may seem like a small change, but for my students, it changed how they show up in the classroom every day.\r\n\r\nNow, we're using this space the way it was meant to be used—as a real training environment. Students are practicing client setups, sanitation, and hands-on services while also learning how to maintain a professional station. The expectation is no longer just \"do the work,\" but \"work like a professional.\" This project didn't just improve how our classroom looks—it changed how my students feel about themselves and their future.
