Your donation made a profound impact on the lives of our high school students, providing them with much-needed resources and support for their mental and emotional well-being.\r\n\r\nThe materials we received from your generous donation were instrumental in creating a supportive and engaging environment within the Wellness Center as well as during school wide events that promoted mental and emotional wellbeing. These materials included: Stress-reducing tools and activities like fidget toys, anxiety/emotional regulation workbooks and mindfulness coloring books. Also, included Educational resources like books on topics such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and healthy coping mechanisms. We received Interactive games and activities such as card games designed to promote social skills, communication and emotional regulation. Additionally we were able to get and utilize variety of art supplies including markers and friendship bracelets to encourage creative expression, self-love and healthy relationships.\r\n\r\nStudents will continue to enjoy and benefit from the donations this school year with many more wellness center hosted events this coming May.
