The sand sculpture has allowed students to manipulate and gaze at something so there doesn't feel a need they have to make eye contact. The yoga ball and balance board have been selected so they could role around, sit, or even bounce across the room. The conversation balls have helped to better share back and forth with a student as well a soft item that didn't break other objects when kicked or thrown hard. \r\n\r\nI can't thank you all enough, but I hope it is known that this act has helped the students with whom I work.
