They were very excited when I demonstrated the printing process and the press. They were eager to begin designing their two-color prints. They will be discussing the process with their classmates when they finish to show them the media they learned to use. Students whose subject matter was based off of nature will have their artwork entered into the Arkansas Wildlife Art Contest. Some of their prints could also be enter in the Young Arkansas Artist Contest at the Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts later this semester.
