These resources not only support our curriculum but also spark joy and curiosity in our classrooms every day. Instilling a love of reading in 3rd graders is not always an easy task. It is made more difficult when students are overwhelmed by a library and have a hard time locating books at their level. As I assess the students throughout the year, I not only look at their reading level, but also their interests. The baskets donated have greatly helped the organization of the library. This has allowed for students to more easily locate books of interest, as well as their appropriate reading level. Students can now spend less time searching, and more time reading!\r\nMy class was incredibly excited about these baskets. Our library was transformed from a bit of \"chaos\" (unfortunately I do not have a \"before\" picture) to one that is organized and pleasant to use.\r\nOn behalf of my third grade class, thank you all so much for your incredible donation!
