The Create a Reaction STEM Kit allows the students to set off a chain reaction of fun! This set lets students set up a course of ramps, pendulums, hammers, switches and more. The Mysterystone Science Electricity Experiment Kit lets students have a hands-on introduction to Electricity and Magnetism. This set offers more than 50 do-it-yourself experiments that will give your child an entertaining, concrete education on how electronics and magnetism work. The Kids Electric Robot set contains a solar powered car, a wind powered car, an obstacle avoidance robot, a transmission tank and a glider. Kids love to build their own robot car kit. The Hand2Mind Magnetic Force Science Lab Kit allows students to move objects without even touching them. Children learn the important concepts of magnetic force, levitation, and attraction as they race magnetic cars, build a maglev train and a working compass, and more. The STEM Explorers Bridge Builders Set allows students to design, construct, and test bridges and buildings just like a real constructional or structural engineer. From suspension bridges to beam bridges and every structure in between. The 4 in 1 STEM Kit allows students to explore science through a solar powered car, a solar powered fan, a wind powered car and a wooden plane. The students are so excited to build their own models and watch them come to life. And that is just the beginning. The students will learn about human anatomy, the Earth and fossils, the world/globe, and so much more with the supplies we received!\r\n We are so thankful for all of the materials that we have received–all made possible by the generous donations that you have given. I wanted to teach it in a way that wasn't boring and drab for the kids. I wanted them to have a better experience in science then I did. So it was not a subject I dreaded all day long to teach. Our school is very small and has a very limited budget. When I saw that we could get donations from Donors Choose I thought here\r\nwas my chance to improve my teaching and make science fun for my students.\r\n I ordered The Dr. Stem 100 plus circuit science board. This is an electrical circuit board. This went along with my electrical unit. This was amazing for my students. They have spent hours creating circuits that light, light bulbs, push balls into the air, and ring bells. It was totally amazing watching the students, create their interesting devices. Another fun kit we received was a Hydropower kit. This kit allows the students to explore the power of water by building models and conducting experiments. They learn about how different devices are used to extract useful energy from moving water-from a waterwheel in a small stream to a giant turbine in a tidal power station. You can see why the student's eyes light up when it is science time. The teacher even enjoys it also.
