These resources are used daily during group counseling sessions, student check-ins, walk-ins, emergency crisis situations, and classroom SEL lessons. A place where students feel safe, heard, and connected. These books have quickly become essential tools in our work with students. Whether during social-emotional classroom lessons, small group counseling, one-on-one check-ins, lunch bunches, or even our afterschool homework support program, these books help bring important topics to life in ways that are developmentally appropriate and emotionally resonant.\r\n\r\nThrough storytelling, our students are learning how to identify their emotions, build empathy, manage conflict, and understand the power of kindness and resilience.
