It is a semester long Dystopian Literature class, so it was really important that I got new books for my students! It was also important to me to pick books that they might actually be interested in. This amount of books give them a variety to choose from, so they should find something they like. We will be doing small group literature circles, so each group will read a different book. This will really keep things interesting.
