These students in my book club are so happy to get their hands on a good book and not have to wait weeks for it to become available on the shelf or have to wait for a grown up to take them to a public library. My students get to start the club even earlier this year too because the project was fully funded so quickly.\r\n\r\nYour generosity does not go unnoticed. My students are so happy and that makes me happy. Our students get to start reading and challenging themselves and peers to get ready for our district competition and friendly neighborhood competition too. We have so much fun, all while learning, reading, and building vocabulary, comprehension and endurance.","fullyFundedDate":1755283579879,"projectUrl":"project/lets-read-a-good-book/9454053/","projectTitle":"Let's Read a Good Book!","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Tourné","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-10_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9272278"},{"teacherId":2396246,"projectId":8721808,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for helping to fulfill this project - it has been an amazing opportunity or our children to learn and grow as readers. The children have been so excited to read and test on the books. At this point in the year, many of our children are reading the books independently - first graders reading books at a 3rd grade reading level. We are so beyond proud of the progress that they have made.\r\n\r\nOur students take the books home and are so motivated to read them with their families to show what amazing readers they have become. These books have really helped them to shine and grow as readers. We see how much they have improved and grown through their reading in class, their tests in school and their State FAST test scores! We have such an amazing group of readers this year.\r\n\r\nAlmost all of the first graders will be voting for their favorite SSYRJr book - they had to have read and tested on at least 3 books this year. About half the children have completed all 15 books and are currently eligible to go to the Sunshine State Reader Celebration at the end of the school year. We could not have done this without your generous contributions to our project! We only have one copy of each book in our school library for all of K, 1 and 2. Thanks to these books, we were able to get the books home and read by all of the Fabulous First Graders at TLE.","fullyFundedDate":1727637604615,"projectUrl":"project/sunshine-state-stars-succeed/8721808/","projectTitle":"Sunshine State Stars Succeed","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Hodge","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/272x272/tp2396246_272x272.jpg?width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1532470137970","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/mrs-hodge2"},{"teacherId":9565691,"projectId":8621687,"letterContent":"I am so grateful for the STEM activities you graciously donated for my class.
