At the beginning of rest time the children make a vote or give their requests for which sound they will listen to for the day. The most popular request is for the crickets or ocean waves. It helps to make trips to the bathroom less distracting by providing soft lighting for the children to continue to rest while their peers use the restroom. \r\nThe comfortable chair has helped to support my back. There isn't a day I don't use my chair. The children always ask, \"Ms. Jennifer where's your chair?\" or they love to remind me to take it back to my desk on days when I forget to take it with me after rest time. \r\nIn conclusion, thank you for helping me a achieve a more soothing and developmentally appropriate rest time of our beautiful children. If I could share anything with you for you to feel the extend of your generosity it would be the smiles on the children's faces when they wake up refreshed and in good spirit.
