This past year we have held seven meetings and given away 125 books for free to families in our communities. By giving the books to families and having them read together, we hoped to have parents actively participate in their student's education. At our meetings we discussed the books looking for comprehension and then extended learning and communication with other activities. \r\n\r\nOverall the program was a huge success and we will continue it again this year with the help of an outside grant.
