Because of your contributions, our STEM lab now proudly features a Bambu Lab P1S 3-D printer and it's already transforming learning in powerful ways.\r\n\r\nWe wasted no time putting it to use. All 120 of our fifth graders dove into design software to create their own 3-D robots. Once their designs were complete, I printed each student's unique creation, and they were thrilled to take their robots home. Giving them a tangible reminder of what they can dream and build.\r\n\r\nThe speed and versatility of the printer have been game-changing. We're now able to print in multiple colors and complete projects more efficiently, which means more hands-on opportunities for every student. Most importantly, my students now have foundational experience in 3-D design—a skill that sparks creativity, builds confidence, and opens doors to future innovation.\r\n\r\nYour donation didn't just fund a machine—it ignited curiosity, empowered young creators, and made STEM come alive in our classroom. Students had a safe place to go and find tools to help them re-regulate so they could return to class. I was able to take several of my students there when being in the classroom was just too much, and we found what would work for them and found ways that they needed the room less and less! now, a new batch of students this school year is using it, and it's going wonderfully. Other teachers and staff have donated to it to ensure we meet every student's sensory needs, but none of this growth would have been possible without your help! instead of sending students home or having big meltdowns, we are seeing students able to be de-escalated and returned to the learning environment. The sensory support is needed in my classroom every day. They all think the dog is super cute and love that it helps their friends. It has come in handy already when I had a classroom transformation. I was able to print out vet x-ray letters to find. I also used it to print something for apple day activities. I hipe to do these shirts again next year because they are so fun.\r\n The self correcting puzzles for rhyming and beginning sounds are a great addition to our library. Our classroom theme is butterflies so it really is special to jave the new borders.
