The are learning how plants come from seeds and the care it takes to grow plants. They got to see the animals in the garden eat from our feeders. We were able to plant our pollinator garden and the seeds were left alone by the animals because they have enough to eat. We counted the birds that came down to eat and looked at the colors in their feathers. We saw the squirrels eat the corn and seeds in their feeder. The insects were all over the garden and we got to see such a great variety. The kids love feeding the critters every other day.
