These small treats helped turn what can sometimes feel like a stressful assessment period into something students could look forward to. We used the snacks during our MAPs celebration to recognize students' effort, growth, and perseverance.\r\n\r\nStudents were so excited when they saw the celebration setup. Many talked about feeling proud of themselves, not just for their scores but for sticking with challenging questions and doing their best. The positive energy carried back into classrooms, with students feeling more confident and motivated about their learning.\r\n\r\nMoving forward, we plan to continue using celebrations like this to build a culture where effort, growth, and resilience are valued.
