Instead of just reading about science and math, they can now touch and explore the materials to understand how things work.\r\n\r\nThe students were so excited to play with the magnets and see for themselves how the poles pull together or push apart. They are also enjoying using the new dry-erase markers to work through math problems on the whiteboard and show their solutions to the rest of the class. They also used the blue dyes to build a working model of a tornado generation, and used the cotton balls and blue construction paper to learn about different forms of clouds.\r\n\r\nMoving forward, we plan to perform a number of experiments and build several working models to introduce new science and technology concepts.
