We saw a video clip about the variety of Tacos in the USA and Mexico and the cultural blend that they represent. We learn about Taco's cultural meaning and its nutritious value. Then students were assigned with an ingredient for the tacos. They brought it to the classroom on the assigned date and we are using our microwave to prepare awesome tacos to share and have a good moment with classmates while experiencing the taste of tacos that has cultivated palates around the world.\r\nI would be planning more cultural learning activities that involve food now that we have these resources and the logistics for it are so more accessible. Approaching students to the learning of a language and culture through food is very engaging and memory lasting.
