Students are now more motivated than ever to stay focused, participate actively, and demonstrate positive behavior. One memorable moment was when students played a math game and the top 3 students were rewarded with a prize from the classroom treasure chest. They were so excited to see all the great prizes. Some students even worked in teams to solve the math problems. It turned into a celebration of teamwork and learning!\r\n\r\nWhen the students saw to good prizes, their eyes lit up! There were audible gasps and excited whispers when I unveiled the treasure chest. Many of them couldn't believe these fun, engaging items were just for them. One student even asked, \"Is this really for us?\" It was such a joy to see how valued and appreciated they felt. It truly made them feel seen and motivated to keep doing their best.\r\n\r\nThe positive behavior incentives are helping students stay on task and work through challenges with a growth mindset.
