The coding mice are instrumental to the implementation of my program. This is coding at a basic level. Students are able to program an algorithm in order to make their coding mouse move or complete a task (such as navigating a maze). Hands-on learning is best, and I have seen such amazing success with my students and robotics. \r\n\r\nMy students get so excited when they see me coming into their classrooms with my coding mice. It gives them joy to see how much they are able to accomplish, and it doesn't hurt that the mice themselves are adorable!\r\n\r\nThe most incredible thing that I have seen is how my students with special needs feel so accomplished when they complete tasks using the coding mice. These are students who may not have seen success in other areas, but in technology, they do and their smiles say so much!
