Thank you so much for your donation to help me have a rug in my classroom! We use this rug for hours everyday. My favorite uses have been circle time, working with a small group on the rug with clipboards, our morning meetings, and the start of each lesson. One special moment in our class happened recently on the rug. We said goodbye to one of our students who was moving to a different part of California. We got to circle on the rug and give him affirmations and a gift from our class. It was one of the sweetest moments to witness and everyone had space to sit and shower this student with love!\r\n\r\nWhen I told my class that a lot of my friends and family donated this rug to us, they couldn't really believe that people who didn't know them wanted to gift us such a nice rug! They love having the ability to be in their own rug square, sit on a more comfortable ground, and collaborate while sitting on the rug. \r\n\r\nIt provides our class with an alternate space to work, a space to gather, and we love it.
