Your generous donation made it possible for my students, especially my students with disabilities, to celebrate their academic and behavioral improvements in a meaningful and exciting way. When my students first saw all of the snacks, fidget toys, and other rewards available in our PBIS store, their excitement was contagious! They were so motivated to continue making positive choices, following expectations, and working hard so they could earn more points to purchase the items you donated. It was wonderful to see their faces light up as they explored the store and realized that their hard work could earn them something special. I also shared pictures of how I organized the materials and our online PBIS store, where students were able to select and order their prizes.\r\n\r\nWe are continuing to use these resources as part of our classroom PBIS system to recognize and celebrate student growth. One of my favorite moments has been watching students proudly use their earned points to shop in our PBIS store after reaching their academic and behavior goals. For my students with disabilities, these rewards have provided an additional source of encouragement and helped make their progress feel visible and rewarding. The excitement they experienced when they first saw the materials has continued to motivate them to set goals and work toward earning more points. Your donation has helped create a positive classroom environment where students understand that their effort, perseverance, and positive behavior matter.\r\n\r\nOur next steps are to continue building on this momentum as students work toward their current academic and behavioral goals. We will continue using our PBIS store to celebrate progress while encouraging students to become more independent in tracking their points, making choices, and reflecting on their accomplishments. Thank you for giving my students something to look forward to and for helping them recognize that their hard work deserves to be celebrated.
