They are able to access books online and have them read to them. At present, my third graders have attached themselves to the Kindle more than any other grade. \r\nAlthough other grades benefit from the Kindle, I see more significant progress within third grade. My third-grade class told me their goal is to read at least two grade levels above their current level. This makes me happy to know they have set goals for themselves using this new technology.\r\n Words can not express my gratitude. I know this year is going to be the best school year ever because my students and I have something to look forward to. We were never this focused before. Now we have an anchor to keep us steady. I will tell all of my colleagues about my newfound progress.
