We think about the standard things such as pencils, paper, and similiar items. When I first started teaching high school, I pondered the role that I wanted to play and the impact I wanted to leave behind. Then I realized how easy it would be to make an impact. All I needed to be was to be kind and provide. Provide my students with an education and provide them with the basic necessities. Tampons. Pads. Pencils. \r\n\r\nHow can I expect my students to learn when they are not comfortable? The Hygiene Stations that you have helped me built are the number one resource for providing tampons and pads in the building. Together we have become such an important resource for these students. I never want my students to have to worry about something as small as a tampon. Unfortunately, without this resource, some of the students would have to go without. \r\n\r\nThanks to your contribution, no SHS students will have to worry about a tampon or a pad for a long time to come. We have enough supplies to keep our two (soon to be three) stations full for at least the remainder of this school year and next school year! I am so proud to have you as a friend in my life and thank you for caring about my students!
