The KitchenAid mixer made a huge difference in achieving consistent doughs and batters, allowing the students to explore more complex baking techniques. Additionally, the new griddle has given students more space to work independently rather than crowding around the stove. This has not only improved efficiency but also boosted their confidence as they take more ownership of their cooking stations.\r\n\r\nMoreover, having the electric coffee urn available has been a game changer for our special catering events. It allows us to efficiently serve hot beverages to larger groups, making our events more professional and seamless. This has been especially valuable when hosting community gatherings and showcases.\r\n\r\nNext, we are gearing up for our senior showcase, where students will prepare an international food festival for our community. Your support means that we can present our dishes professionally and with pride.
