It's sad when I don't have the books my students want. With your help I was able to fill in a few gaps in my library collections. The students are particularly enjoying the new animal books. They love to show me, and each other, the wonderful animal pictures! \r\n\r\nI also purchased some popular books that the children love and have worn out. The students were already excited to get to start learning ukulele, and the tuners gave us more time to learn! Without the tuners, we would have taken almost half the class for me to tune each instrument, but with the tuners, students are able to tune themselves, freeing me up to help those who really are struggling.\r\n\r\nHaving the extra strings is such a blessing, as well. Things happen, and sometimes strings will break. Having the fresh strings will help us guarantee for a while that if something happens, we can go ahead and replace it, and students will be ready to keep playing without having to switch out their instrument.","fullyFundedDate":1739373223774,"projectUrl":"project/ukulele-accessories/8967045/","projectTitle":"Ukulele Accessories","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Grantham","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-1_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9845141"},{"teacherId":9845141,"projectId":8960196,"letterContent":"Thank you again for the Palo Verde Scholarship to allow me to purchase a class set of ukuleles! In my classroom, my 5th and 6th grade students are so excited to be learning the ukuleles, and are excited to start learning proper music. The students really take their time to show that they care about the instruments, and really want to look ahead. While they know that each lesson will not always be easy, they are really stepping up to the challenge in order to learn the instrument. This is also a good option for my students, since many of them do want to eventually go onto mariachi, and by having the ukulele skill under their belt, it will make it easier for those that switch to guitar next year.","fullyFundedDate":1732368522340,"projectUrl":"project/ukuleles-for-raptors/8960196/","projectTitle":"Ukuleles for Raptors","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Grantham","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-1_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9845141"},{"teacherId":8359846,"projectId":8853621,"letterContent":"My students were excited receiving the nonfiction books you supplied.
