This activity allowed them to create models of peaceful, personal environments, which sparked conversations about stress, emotions, and self-care. This hands-on activity gave them a chance to process their feelings and connect with one another in a safe and creative way.\r\n\r\nWhen the materials first arrived, the reaction from my students was incredible. They were so excited to have a chance to work with Legos in a way that wasn't about building just for fun but as a way to explore their emotions and build something meaningful. The addition of lighting kits also helped transform the classroom into a serene, welcoming space. Some students used the lights to create soft, calming glows around their Lego projects, while others used them to brighten dark corners of the room, helping create a sense of comfort.\r\n\r\nLooking ahead, we plan to incorporate these materials into regular \"wellness breaks\" where students can step away from their academic work and focus on mental health.
