I would like to express my gratitude and answer the following questions.\r\n\r\nHow are you and your students using the new resources? Share a specific classroom project or moment.\r\n\r\nWe are using the new resources across both Math and ELA instruction every day. The bins and pouches help students stay organized during math lessons by holding manipulatives used to model arrays, solve word problems, and explain their thinking. In ELA, the new books and cozy chairs have transformed our classroom library into a welcoming reading space. One memorable moment was during independent reading time when students eagerly selected books, settled into the chairs, and stayed engaged for extended periods—something that has been a challenge in the past. The resources support both hands-on learning and meaningful literacy engagement.\r\n\r\nHow did your students react when they first saw the materials?\r\n\r\nMy students were thrilled when they first saw the materials. They immediately gravitated toward the cozy chairs and books, asking when they could start reading, while others explored the bins and pouches and began organizing their math tools. There was a strong sense of ownership and pride as students realized these materials were just for them. The excitement quickly turned into purposeful use, and students were eager to incorporate the tools into their learning routines.\r\n\r\nWhat are the next steps for your students on a current classroom lesson or project?\r\n\r\nNext, students will continue using the manipulatives stored in their pouches to solve and explain multi-step math problems with models and written justifications. In ELA, we are building stamina and comprehension through independent and small-group reading using the new books and library space. Students will respond to texts through written reflections and discussions, making connections between what they read and their own experiences. These resources will continue to support organization, engagement, and deeper learning across content areas.","fullyFundedDate":1758202898219,"projectUrl":"project/cozy-and-clean-excited-2-gleam/9669857/","projectTitle":"Cozy and Clean, Excited 2 GLEAM","teacherDisplayName":"Mr. Poe","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-7_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10203972"},{"teacherId":9052087,"projectId":8685052,"letterContent":"I\r\n\r\n\r\nI am writing to express my sincere gratitude to DonorsChoose and the generous donors who funded my project for art supplies. As an elementary school teacher, I witness firsthand the incredible impact that art has on my students.
