Since the implementation of the garden is contingent upon season and weather, we are waiting patiently for spring to arrive so we can use the literature along with the lessons we will be teaching while planning the crops we are going to grow. \r\n Our school student council will be assembling baskets that will include the literature provided in this grant as well as a set of gardening gloves and tools for each class. We will have lesson plans and materials included as well so this hands on experience will include multiple learning types. We are excited to gift these baskets to our teachers and get our gardening adventures underway!
