Many are still learning the mechanics of the game, but they are already showing improvement in communication, strategic thinking, and creativity. The battle maps have helped them visualize encounters, and the physical dice sets have made gameplay smoother and more engaging.\r\n\r\nLooking ahead, students will continue building their skills, and I hope that some will eventually take on the role of Dungeon Master. Through this initiative, we have successfully fed nearly 20 pounds of food scraps to our worms, allowing them to break down waste into nutrient-rich compost. This process not only reduces landfill waste but also creates valuable soil amendments that can be used to enrich gardens and green spaces.\r\n\r\nIn addition to our vermicomposting efforts, we have repurposed 60 pounds of food waste by feeding it to chickens, providing them with a natural and sustainable food source. This has not only reduced waste but also supported responsible animal care and agricultural sustainability. On top of that, we have directly composted 10 pounds of organic material, keeping even more waste out of landfills while fostering a greater understanding of environmental responsibility among our students.\r\n\r\nThis project has been a powerful learning experience for everyone involved. Students have gained hands-on experience in sustainability, food waste reduction, and ecosystem balance, all while making a tangible difference in their community.
