Because of you, our classroom is now filled with exciting, interactive materials that spark curiosity and creativity in our young learners every day.\r\n\r\nYour donation has made it possible for my students to explore, build, create, and learn through play—an essential part of early childhood education. Whether it's through sensory bins, building blocks, or art supplies, your kindness is helping shape a love of learning that will last a lifetime.\r\n\r\nFrom the bottom of our hearts, thank you for believing in our classroom and making a real difference.","fullyFundedDate":1732199204186,"projectUrl":"project/hands-on-activities-for-kindergarten-stu/8950748/","projectTitle":"Hands-on Activities for Kindergarten Students","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Nardi","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp7398687_orig.jpg?crop=1:1,smart&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1687353444011","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/7398687"},{"teacherId":7398687,"projectId":8349723,"letterContent":"The day your generous donation arrived, my classroom transformed into a hub of excitement. Students watched wide-eyed as we unpacked the mobile whiteboard, rolling storage carts, magnetic math tools, and colorful push pins. They immediately began imagining all the ways we could use them. The new shelving units and organizer drawers gave us a fresh, clutter-free space where supplies are easy to find, helping students take more ownership over our classroom materials.\r\n\r\nWe've already put these resources into action during our math lessons. Using the giant magnetic base ten blocks and number lines on the new mobile whiteboard, students work together to solve problems, explain their thinking, and even lead parts of the lesson. The SmarLearnio math game cards have become a favorite during small group rotations—turning fact fluency practice into a fun, friendly competition. The magnetic shelves and marker holders keep our tools ready to grab, so we spend more time learning and less time searching.\r\n\r\nOur next step is to expand our student-led math centers, where learners will rotate between hands-on problem-solving at the whiteboard, interactive games, and independent practice using the new materials. These tools have not only made our classroom more organized, but they've created an environment where learning feels engaging, collaborative, and fun. Thank you for giving my students the resources they need to succeed and the space to shine.","fullyFundedDate":1715258246846,"projectUrl":"project/please-help-our-classroom/8349723/","projectTitle":"Please Help Our Classroom!","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Nardi","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp7398687_orig.jpg?crop=1:1,smart&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1687353444011","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/7398687"},{"teacherId":7398687,"projectId":8326505,"letterContent":"When the boxes arrived, my students could hardly wait to see what was inside. As we unpacked binders in bright colors, packs of pre-sharpened colored pencils, math number line boards, and stacks of laminating pouches, their excitement grew with each item. The Bostitch electric sharpener became an instant favorite—students lined up to try it, amazed that it could sharpen so quickly and quietly. We turned unpacking into a mini-math lesson, sorting and counting supplies while talking about how we would use them.\r\n\r\nWe put the materials to work right away. The binders and sheet protectors helped us create personalized math and reading resource binders, giving each student their own toolkit for practice and review. The number line dry erase boards became part of our daily math warm-up, letting students practice addition and subtraction in a hands-on way. Colored pencils quickly found their way into science diagrams and art projects, adding a burst of creativity to our lessons. Even the double-sided tape has been put to good use—mounting student work and classroom visuals that make our learning environment vibrant and engaging.\r\n\r\nOur next step is to launch student-led \"learning stations\" where these resources will be available for small group projects and independent work. The organization tools will help students take ownership of their materials, while the hands-on math boards and art supplies will keep learning interactive. Your generosity has given us not just supplies, but the ability to work more efficiently, stay organized, and make learning more colorful and engaging every day.","fullyFundedDate":1714413370383,"projectUrl":"project/new-year/8326505/","projectTitle":"New Year!","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Nardi","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp7398687_orig.jpg?crop=1:1,smart&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1687353444011","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/7398687"},{"teacherId":7398687,"projectId":7982846,"letterContent":"When the boxes arrived, my students could hardly contain their excitement. They crowded around as I opened each package, gasping at the colorful STEM kits, bags of craft sticks, and bins of gears and magnets. The Lakeshore Fairy Tales Problem Solving STEM Kits were an instant hit—students immediately began building bridges strong enough to hold the \"Three Billy Goats\" or creating tall towers for Rapunzel. These hands-on materials have transformed our classroom into a place where problem-solving feels like play.\r\n\r\nOne of our first projects with the new supplies was a \"Build Your Dream House\" challenge. Using the Lakeshore House Building Center, craft sticks, and chenille stems, students worked in small teams to design and build model homes. They debated structure stability, experimented with roof shapes, and proudly presented their finished projects to the class. I saw students who normally hang back during lessons step up to lead their groups, and those who sometimes struggle academically beam with pride at their creations.\r\n\r\nWe are already planning our next big challenge—an \"Inventors Fair\" where students will use the Gears! Gears! Gears! set, magnets, and architecture kits to design new machines and structures. These resources have opened the door for endless creativity and collaboration. Because of your generosity, my students now have the tools to dream bigger, think critically, and work together to solve problems. Thank you for giving them not only materials, but the confidence and joy that comes from building something with their own hands.","fullyFundedDate":1699480782261,"projectUrl":"project/help-build-my-students-brighter-minds-ev/7982846/","projectTitle":"Help Build My Students Brighter Minds Even More With Stem!","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Nardi","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp7398687_orig.jpg?crop=1:1,smart&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1687353444011","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/7398687"},{"teacherId":7398687,"projectId":6528707,"letterContent":"My students are enjoying learning so much more with the supplies that was graciously given through funding.
