The pencils are helping my students and encouraging proper pencil grip. They loved the fun colors of the tri-write pencils. \r\nStudents are enjoying the snacks and they really came in handy on our most recent reading assessment. It gave students an extra boost of energy to push through and give their best effort. After a few minutes there, they came back to their work smiling, ready to rejoin the lessonâproud of themselves for making a positive choice.\r\n\r\nRight now, my class is working on a social-emotional learning unit about identifying feelings and choosing coping strategies. They love the rollups and the Pringles. It's definitely one of their favorites. The expo markers have been really helpful in math instruction. They love having vibrant colors to show their math work. The long division boards haven't been used since that will be a math unit covered in November. \r\n\r\nThe Clorox wipes are also a big plus in our classroom. They love using those instead of the brown paper towels we have at school. The crayon box was a big plus they were smiling and very thankful to have their own one. The zipper pouches haven't been used yet as also the dry erase pockets which is our plan to use them in math instruction for our decimal unit with money.
