My students were over the moon when I told them that some very kind people had donated an iPad. They were thrilled to use the Apple Pencil, and most of them had never tried one before. They were amazed by how easy it was to use and loved seeing their writing appear on the board in real time.\r\n\r\nOne of my most reluctant writers has truly thrived since the iPad arrived. He is now eager to complete his work because using the iPad and Apple Pencil makes writing fun and engaging for him.\r\n\r\nThis iPad has also allowed me to be much more mobile in the classroom. Instead of being tied to the front of the room, I can now move around and mark up our shared documents from anywhere. This flexibility helps me monitor students more closely, ensure they are on task, and offer immediate support when needed.\r\n\r\nYour generosity has made a real difference in our classroom. My students were so excited when the new materials arrived, especially when they spotted the Chompsaw kit. We haven't had a chance to use it just yet, but there's already a ton of buzz about it. Several students have asked, \"When are we going to use that cool thing?\" and they're clearly eager to get their hands on it. We're planning to roll it out during an upcoming STEM unit, where students will be working on hands-on design and engineering challenges. I have no doubt it's going to be one of the most exciting parts of the year.\r\n\r\nThe whiteboard markers have been super helpful for our daily lessons. They've made group work and class discussions more interactive, and students love using them to show their thinking during activities. The $200 for TeachersPayTeachers has also been a game changer,I was able to grab some awesome, ready-to-use resources that fit my students' needs perfectly. One big hit was math centers that are gamified.
