Students use it during centers to build hand strength by rolling, squishing, and shaping the dough. We've used it to make letters, numbers, and simple shapes, helping students learn through hands-on, play-based activities that are developmentally appropriate.\r\n\r\nWhen the students first saw the playdough, they were excited and eager to explore. Many began talking about what they wanted to create, and even our quieter students were motivated to join in and participate.\r\n\r\nStudents will continue using the playdough to practice early math and literacy skills such as counting, making sets, forming letters, and identifying shapes.
