Each student now has a personal word chart they use during phonics practice. These charts have become a key part of our small group instruction and independent work stations.\r\n\r\nTo boost motivation, we've introduced a simple but fun prize system. When students build a set number of words or complete a chart, they earn stickers, certificates, and occasionally get to choose from a small prize box. These incentives have turned phonics into a game-like challenge and have encouraged students to take more ownership of their learning.\r\nThe students were so excited to have their own phonics chart and letters! eyes lit up when they saw the prize system displayed in the classroom.
