They absolutely loved them. My students have been using their journals to jot down their emotions on a daily basis. Or use their journals to write about feelings that they may not wish to share with anyone. \r\n\r\nThe journals have without a doubt enhanced my students self-awareness as well as reduced stress. The journals have fostered creativity and have supported my students goals to live their best selves.
