Art Therapy provides children with a creative outlet to build positive social skills, self-confidence, and a deeper understanding of their emotions. It allows students to express feelings they may find difficult to put into words, helping them develop coping skills and self-soothing techniques. Additionally, art therapy has shown to help reduce stress, anxiety, and physical discomfort such as headaches caused by frustration.\r\n\r\nLight Therapy offers a calming and soothing environment, especially for our students with ADHD, ODD, Autism, and other disabilities. Together, we are helping to restock our school's community room with menstrual supplies, empowering our students from ages 8 to 14 to care for themselves with dignity and confidence. The resources you provide will help ensure they have access to pads, liners, body wipes, and even replacement underwear if needed—tools that support their health and well-being both at school and at home.\r\n\r\nYour support not only helps meet immediate needs but also fosters a sense of safety and self-worth for our students.
