I implemented a Daily Progress Report system, where students check in with their teachers throughout the day to track their effort, behavior, and academic progress. At the end of the day, students turn in their completed report, and in return, they receive a snack as a positive incentive.\r\n\r\nThis system has created a bridge between students and teachers, encouraging communication, responsibility, and ownership of their learning.
