The Edison robots and other STEM resources have helped transform science lessons from simply reading about concepts into hands-on experiences where students can explore, create, test, and solve problems. With the Edison robots, students are learning basic coding, engineering, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. They are especially excited when they can program a robot and immediately see the results of their work. When their program does not work the first time, they learn to troubleshoot, make changes, and try again. This helps build persistence, confidence, and curiosity.\r\n\r\nThe laminator has also been very useful in creating durable STEM activity cards, science resources, task sheets, and classroom materials that students can use repeatedly. What excites my students most is having access to technology that allows them to become creators rather than simply users of technology.
