Our students have been loving bringing home these stories to share with their families. I have seen their confidence grow and them eager to get to reading time.\r\n\r\nWe have been using these books in small group and then they are able to bring these decodables home and read them to their parents and siblings. Students are no longer trying to avoid the task of reading out of their book bags because they are able to decode and figure out what the words say!\r\n\r\nFor five-year-olds that is so important!
