These games, books, and timers have helped support our students during our STAAR review. We incorporated the CANDO! activities in our rotations, and the students loved it! They had fun competing with other students as they learned. \r\n\r\nThe students loved the new books we received! During WHM, we learned about Eugenie Clark, Katherine Johnson, and Ada Twist. I am overjoyed with the response of all donors in helping my classroom learn in such interactive ways. \r\n\r\nOnce again, I am so thankful for the contribution to my classroom! It has really helped us, my students and myself included, to be ready to show our work. Having a sharp pencil with a point that last all day has been a game changer. No more stopping to sharpen and get a new pencil has helped to keep us focused.\r\n The little pets have been fun to recieve. Having a class buddy to teach what we have learned is always a fun way to review. \r\n The head phones have helped my students the most. They are able to use them and get their work done, especially when they have to practice their reading fluency. No more waiting for a long time to have a turn to use them. Now everyone gets a turn everyday.
