My students are using the cardstock paper all the time for labs, graphic organizers, and activities that need to hold up longer than one class period. The gum and Tic Tacs — especially the mini Tic Tacs, which the kids are obsessed with — have been great motivators and have helped create a positive classroom environment, especially during review days and small-group work.\r\nOne of the best moments was our Halloween Glow Day lab. Students walked in and immediately got excited when they saw the glow materials set up. Even students who don't usually love labs were fully engaged and asking questions. Turning a normal lab into something fun and memorable made a big difference, and students are still talking about it.\r\nThe whiteboards and markers have been a game changer for my intervention groups. Students feel more comfortable trying problems, explaining their thinking, and fixing mistakes because nothing is permanent. I've seen a big increase in participation and confidence, especially from students who normally struggle or hesitate to share.\r\nNext, we'll keep using these materials in labs, review activities, and intervention lessons. The whiteboards will continue to help with immediate feedback and discussion, while the other supplies help keep learning fun and motivating. The new basketball equipment, training tools, and floor mats have completely transformed how we run practices and engage students in skill-building. \r\nWe've already put these resources to work in a unit focused on teamwork and fundamentals. Students rotate through stations that include shooting form practice, footwork drills, and passing accuracy challenges using the new cones and targets.
