The students, PE teacher, and mentors are enjoying connecting with students through playing. The students are laughing more and burning energy. They are well prepared to be engaged in their next class. Through the connections, students are now asking to talk to a mentor instead of lashing out in the classrooms. The mentors engage in conversations with the students while they are playing with the materials.\r\n\r\nThe PE teacher had the materials set up before the first PE class went outside. When the students saw the materials they immediately ran to them in amazement. Some of them were already picking teams so they can begin playing. Even the students that have issues with each other were playing on the same team.\r\n\r\nThe materials have already proven to be successful.
