Learners in middle and high school can present with many of the same needs as those in lower grades with less access to support resources for those in a general education setting. In the past, my elementary classroom was gifted a set of seven stools- there was never a time when they were not a hot item! As simple as it may seem, different seating options can have a tremendous impact on student performance in class and I saw this firsthand. This year I have two classrooms and thanks to your generosity, I have been able to have a set of stools in each room serving learners in grades 5, 8, 9 and 10. One of my rooms is shared with a colleague who teaches 11 and 12 grade learners- her students are making use of them too! From the first day the stools arrived, they have been in constant use. Regardless of age, all of the kids love them! They love the freedom to move around, even at 16 and 17 years old! \r\n\r\nThank you again for your willingness to share with me and allow me to provide this tool to my students.","fullyFundedDate":1737487681201,"projectUrl":"project/wobble-and-learn/8967018/","projectTitle":"Wobble and Learn","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Wigginton","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp9335159_orig.jpg?crop=3024,3024,x0,y0&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1705688152152","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9335159"},{"teacherId":7154965,"projectId":8642100,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for your continued support of Adventure Education at MSAD 60.
