I have 20 students and there were only 12 cushions so I plan on starting another donors choose for more. I truly didn't think they would be this big of a hit. I put the incentive in place immediately and my class was so excited! If a child fills up their MVP chart, they get to adopt a desk pet! They have to sign their adoption certificate and promise to take the best care of it!\r\n I separated the \"accessory\" erasers, like the food and toy ones, and when they fill up their 2nd chart, they get to pick out an accessory for their pet! Their pets stay at their seats and \"sleep\" in their desks for the night. \r\n They absolutely love this incentive and I feel that it has been very effective. I will definitely being putting this incentive system in place again!
