Because of you, my second graders now have flexible seating options that make a huge difference in how they learn and stay engaged. We've already started using the floor seats and floor cushions during our bilingual literacy stations. It is great to watch a small group confidently rotate through a reading activity while choosing the spot where they feel the most focused and comfortable.\r\n\r\nThe excitement on my students' faces when they first walked in and saw the new materials was priceless. Many of them gasped, pointed, and immediately began asking, \"¿Podemos usar esto hoy, maestra?\" They explored every seat, traded spots with friends, and settled in with big smiles. It was a beautiful reminder of how even small changes in their learning environment can bring them joy and empower them to take ownership of their space.\r\n\r\nThanks to your contribution, my donors got a peek into the heart of our classroom, and I'd love to share what's next. We are currently working on a bilingual research project where students will gather information about community helpers in both English and Spanish. The flexible seating will allow them to move around the room, collaborate in pairs, and present their findings confidently.
